Pricing & Billing
How much does a small business website cost?
Many agencies charge several thousand dollars upfront before your site ever goes live. We don't. Our plans start at $150/mo with $0 down, and that covers custom design, development, hosting, SEO, and ongoing edits. Online stores are $250/mo. One flat rate, no hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
Why is there a 12-month minimum?
Because there's no upfront fee, we cover the cost of designing and building your site ourselves and spread it across your plan. The 12-month minimum makes that possible and keeps your monthly price low. After that, it's month-to-month and you can cancel anytime.
What's included in the Business Standard plan?
A custom-designed, hand-coded website of up to 5 pages, built mobile-first with SEO and lead capture forms. Hosting, SSL, domain management, security monitoring, backups, and unlimited content edits are all included, and you work directly with your developer.
When does billing start?
Not until your site is finished. You pay nothing while we design and build. Your first payment is due once you've approved your site and it's ready to launch. That payment covers your domain and hosting, so your site goes live as soon as it's received.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled securely through Stripe. Your monthly plan is billed automatically, so there are no invoices to keep track of.
Are there any hidden costs?
None. Your domain and hosting are included for as long as you're on a plan. If your site ever needs a third-party tool with its own recurring cost, like a booking or scheduling service, we'll talk it through with you and get your approval before adding anything.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?
Yes. We offer reduced rates for registered nonprofit organizations. Because every organization's needs are different, nonprofit pricing is tailored to you. Reach out and tell us about your mission and what you need.
Can I upgrade or switch plans later?
Yes. You can switch plans anytime, like adding an online shop to your existing website. The change is prorated, so you only pay the difference for the time remaining in your billing period.
What if I need more pages?
The Business Standard plan includes up to five pages, which covers most small businesses. Need more? Additional pages are quoted upfront, so you always know the cost before any work begins.
What happens if I decide to cancel?
After your first 12 months, you can cancel anytime with no cancellation fees. If you need to cancel during your first 12 months, you'll simply pay the remaining balance of your term. No penalties or extra fees. Either way, you leave with everything: we'll hand over your website's code, transfer your domain, and help you get it set up on the hosting of your choice.
Do you use a contract?
Yes, a simple, plain-English agreement. It covers your 12-month term, what's included in your plan, and how ownership and handover work if you ever decide to move on. No fine print.
Your Website
Do I own my website and domain?
Yes. Your domain and your content (your text, photos, logo, and brand) are always yours. Once your 12-month term is complete, the website itself is yours too, code and all. If you ever decide to leave, we'll hand everything over. No lock-in.
How long does it take to build my website?
Most business websites launch in 2–4 weeks, depending on how quickly we get your content and feedback. Online stores and custom applications usually take longer, and we'll give you a clear timeline in your proposal.
What do you need from me to get started?
Not much. Helpful items include your logo, photos of your work, team, or location, a list of your services, and logins for any existing website or domain. Don't have everything ready? That's fine. We can start with what you have.
Do you write the content and provide photos?
Yes. Every site launches with professionally written content and quality stock photos, so you're never stuck waiting on content. That said, real photos of your work and your team build far more trust than stock images, so we strongly recommend using your own whenever you can. Send photos, content, or ideas anytime and we'll update your site.
Do I need to buy a domain?
No. We register and manage your domain as part of your plan. Already own one? Just give us access and we'll handle the technical side of connecting your domain, hosting, and new website.
Can you set up business email?
Yes. We can set up professional email at your domain, like you@yourbusiness.com. Email hosting comes from a third-party provider and may carry an additional monthly fee, which we'll go over with you before setting anything up.
Do you design logos or branding?
Not at this time. We'll design your website around your existing logo, colors, and style. If you need a logo, we're happy to point you in the right direction.
Can I make changes to my site after it launches?
Absolutely. Content edits like text, photos, hours, services, and prices are unlimited and included in your plan. Just call or email and we'll take care of it. Larger additions like new features or extra pages are quoted upfront so you always know the cost.
Is my website accessible?
Yes. Every site is built with ADA accessibility in mind from the start, including readable color contrast, keyboard-friendly navigation, descriptive image text, and proper structure for screen readers. It's better for every visitor, and it helps your search rankings too.
Why custom-coded instead of WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace?
Page builders and plugin-heavy sites load code your visitors don't need, which slows them down and opens security holes. A custom-coded site is lean, fast, and secure, with no plugins to update and no platform branding. For complex projects that need a CMS or app framework, we'll recommend the right tool for the job.
I already have a website. Can you rebuild it?
Yes. We can rebuild it on a modern foundation while keeping your domain, carrying over your content, and setting up redirects so you don't lose the search rankings you've earned. Not sure it needs a rebuild? Ask for an honest assessment.
Search & Results
Will my website show up on Google?
Every site is built with SEO in the foundation: fast load times, proper heading structure, meta tags, schema markup, a sitemap, and Search Console setup. Nobody can honestly promise a #1 ranking overnight, but your site will be set up to climb instead of fighting an uphill battle.
Will I know how my website is doing?
Yes. Every site is set up with Google Analytics so you can see how visitors find and use it, and we can send you reports on your site's traffic and uptime.
Do you offer ongoing SEO, ads, or social media management?
Every site is built with SEO at its core, and we're happy to help you set up and understand Google Analytics. We're a web development company rather than a marketing agency, though, so we don't currently offer ongoing SEO campaigns, ad management, or social media management.

What happens if my website goes down?
We monitor your site around the clock, so we usually know about a problem before you do. Urgent issues like an outage get immediate attention, and we'll keep you updated until everything is back to normal.
Do you only work with businesses in the Memphis area?
The Memphis metro and North Mississippi are home, but we work with businesses anywhere in the U.S. Everything can be handled by phone, email, or video call.
